If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two sets of curtains the beginning of December. I used a coupon code that the company provided. I received an email that the product was handmade and would take time to fill the order and I would receive the curtains in January. I emailed back and said that I could wait until January. I waited all of January and then in February, I emailed the company asking for an update. I was told the curtains were almost finished but with Chinese New Year and express shipping being closed for 20 days the ETA would be early March. Because it's handmade it would take longer than usual. I emailed back and asked if they were really going to mail the curtains or if they were dragging it out until it was too long to dispute the charges on the credit card and I would just lose my money? Lily Dai responded "I totally understand! It's better to cancel the order." She offered a different color, different size of curtain as an option and then said "I prefer cancel the order. Given the product's quality and handmade process, the price is too low." She didn't want to fulfill my order, because she didn't think that I paid enough for the curtains. I used a coupon code that the company provided and placed my order and now they don't want to fulfill my order because Lily said I didn't pay enough for the product. The company shouldn't offer a coupon code discount if they don't think it's worth their time to fulfill the order. In the end she cancelled my order because I said I would dispute the charge if I didn't receive the curtains. This company is a joke.
I can't say anything about the quality of the product, because it's handmade and takes so long, I have never received it.
